Tabata

A high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.

Total Body Conditioning

Set to motivating music, this class offers a mix of equipment, cardio, and body strength combined to keep your hear pumping and your muscles strong. You will find more stamina during daily activities and overall body strength. All levels welcome!

Pilates Plus ~ This Pilates and Yoga based class is designed to strengthen and lengthen your body. Traditional Pilates exercises will strengthen & tone your core while Yoga recovery poses lengthen your muscles & increase your flexibility. All fitness levels welcome, modifications provided.
